After stumbling across Vale Roofing’s details on Facebook in March 2019 we contacted Carl about a ventilation issue we had in our loft. From the word go his responses were prompt, informative and friendly. We arranged for him to attend our property to view the works. Again he arrived promptly and was very efficient and knowledgeable whilst there. He quoted for the works, which we found reasonable and arranged a time to come back and carry these out. We found his work to be competent and to a very high standard. We have since engaged him to do further works to our guttering and intend using him again shortly to install a covered area outside of our garage. Since using him we have had no hesitation in recommending him to numerous other people and from those that have used him have only heard good things. We would have no hesitation in recommending him again.
